Do crystals have healing powers?
Despite the benefits of crystals that many celebrate, there are no solid, scientific studies on claims that crystals emit vibrations that affect our minds and bodies.
Though even on a basic level, crystals can enrich our lives and help connect us back to nature which is grounding.
After all, even if you don’t understand all the science, if crystals help you become more mindful and enrich your life, it’s clearly having a positive effect. Some benefits of crystals include:

Many people “charge” crystals to cleanse negative and boost positive energy.
Before we pack your order, we purify the energy with Palo Santo smoke. Once your candle burns out, carefully remove the crystals and clean them of any excess wax.
Cleansing “negative energy”
Holding your crystals under running water
Soak them in salt water (dissolve one tablespoon of salt in a litre of water and soak for 12 hours)
Smudge your crystal with sage or Palo Santo
Once you've cleared any negative energy, it's time to charge your crystal with positive energy.
Charging your crystal with “positive energy”
Use your favourite incense and direct smoke over your crystals
Leave your stones in sunlight for 6-12 hours (though some crystals may fade this way)
Use the light of a full moon – again, for 6-12 hours
Engage with your crystal – hold it, cherish it and even sing to it (if that's your thing!)
Our crystal candles are made from 100% eco soy wax, hand poured in London. They’re richly scented and are inspired by nature. The wax and fragrances are charged by crystals, which can be reused once your candle runs out. Each candle is purified with Palo Santo smoke before being packed and sent to you.
