We ship worldwide. When placing an international order, please ensure you’ve researched local laws, regulations and any duties or taxes. You are responsible for the payment of import duties and any taxes levied in your country – we do not pay this.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your order, please let us know. For any undamaged and unused product, simply contact us on hello@incensebox.co to arrange a return within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following products are not eligible for return: incense sticks, incense cones, rope incense, smudging items or any other items which have been partially burned or used.
